The Asset Protection Intelligence Coordinator role reports into the General Manager of Asset Protection and supports all asset protection departments through proactive administration, data analysis, intelligence coordination, and operational task management to help safeguard The Star’s patrons, staff, integrity, and assets. A few of your responsibilities: Deliver intelligence profiling and data analysis to support senior leadership and operational decision-making Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent theft, misconduct, and other threats Manage policy reviews, departmental communications, access controls, and contract processes Collaborate with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and intelligence agencies to support investigations and compliance Prepare executive-level reports and ensure adherence to licensing, sustainability, and company standards What we are looking for: Relevant qualifications in Security Risk Management, Investigations, or Security Vetting (highly desirable) Strong skills in conflict resolution, incident analysis, and advanced reporting Experience in intelligence development and data analysis, ideally within the casino or security industry Solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations (e.g. Casino Control Act, Liquor Act, Security Industry Act) Proven ability in planning, time management, and stakeholder communication About you: You’re a confident communicator and strategic thinker with strong planning, reporting, and decision-making skills. You lead by example, embrace change, and bring deep operational and technical knowledge.
