The Role Reporting to the Group COO, this role is about performance and building capability. You will: Redesign and lead the marketing and communications function, shifting from reactive outputs to measurable impact. Develop brand architecture and storytelling frameworks that balance local service identities with group-wide consistency. Shape organisational reputation through purposeful, human-centred communications with clients, stakeholders and staff. Build digital and content capability across web, social, campaigns, and internal channels to strengthen engagement. Partner with People & Culture to enhance and promote the group level employer brand and story. Establish the foundations—systems, metrics, and a new high-performing team—that will scale with the organisation’s growth and performance. About You You are a commercially minded marketing and communications leader who can: Build or transform a highly functioning marketing and communications function with strategic alignment and depth of capability. Deliver brand and reputation management across multi-brand or group settings. Translate digital analytics into decision making insights and ultimately actions that drive meaningful results. Balance strategy and leadership with hands-on execution. Mentor and built capability in others to leave a lasting impact.
