To continue this success, we seek a couple of Customer Relations Specialists to join the team at our Customer Relations Centre in Dandenong. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone and internet enquiries in a highly professional and engaging manner manner Supporting our car and truck dealerships by fulfilling requests, clarifying desired information, completing bookings and appointments and forwarding requests Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate manager Update relevant data and bookings accurately and immediately using multiple computer software systems Assist in driving an effective performance culture through set KPIs. This non-customer-facing role would suit a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude—an ambassador for all brands under the Patterson Cheney banner. Skills & Experience Automotive experience is not essential; ideally, you will have a background in sales or customer service; in-house training provided Personable, helpful and bright phone manner Ability to quickly build rapport with customers Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures and policies Ability to problem solve (every phone call is different) Competency in the use of computer systems and programs Our amazing benefits. Base salary plus performance incentives Full-time to start, then the opportunity to work part-time (Monday-Friday). Full-time rotating roaster between 7.30-5.30.
