We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join a welcoming team environment on an ongoing temporary basis. This position is based in modern, newly renovated offices in Keysborough. About the Role: Ongoing temporary assignment – 2 days per week (Mondays & Fridays) Immediate start, with a 2-week handover provided Front desk reception and visitor management General administrative support across departments Coordination of meeting rooms, office supplies, and mail/deliveries Assisting with event coordination and staff onboarding Supporting travel bookings and fleet car management administration About You: Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a professional setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished presentation Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Able to multitask and manage competing priorities Experience with fleet or facilities coordination will be highly regarded This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure an ongoing, part-time role within a supportive and professional workplace.
