We’re partnering with a leading fashion brand seeking an experienced Garment Technician to join their team on a 4-month contract. This role offers flexibility with either 4 days per week part-time or 5 days per week full-time, with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Manage fit sessions and ensure garment construction aligns with brand standards. Liaise with designers, pattern makers, and offshore suppliers to ensure accuracy of specifications. Conduct garment fittings, provide technical feedback, and maintain fit consistency across categories. Review samples, technical packs, and specifications to ensure quality, fit, and functionality. Support the product development team to meet critical path timelines. Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Garment Technician within the fashion industry is essential. Strong technical garment knowledge across multiple categories. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on fit, construction, and quality. Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally. Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
