The ERP/CRM Implementation Lead will work across the organisation to align system implementation with strategic and operational goals. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to drive solution design, data migration, integration, testing, training, and adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of ERP and CRM implementation projects, from planning and design to go-live and post-implementation support. Lead the successful end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Wiise), Dynamics 365 Sales, and Employment Hero, Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful delivery of project milestones. Translate business requirements into system design using a strong understanding of business operations and strategic priorities. Drive change management activities including stakeholder engagement, training plans, user support, and communication strategies. Manage data migration, system integration, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure system integrity and performance. Provide hands-on support during implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations. Monitor risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements and provide timely reporting to senior stakeholders. Extend system capabilities using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) where needed. What You'll Bring Experience and Knowledge Significant experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM solutions. Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps. Background in ERP/CRM project management or business analysis, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective system functionality. Track record of managing system implementations, including testing, data migration, training, change management, and post-launch support. Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of financial, HR, and operational systems, and how they integrate within ERP/CRM environments. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments, with skills in wave planning, release management, and governance. Familiarity with digital service delivery models and customer-centric design principles. Qualifications Essential: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent significant professional experience. Desirable: Certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
