Gauvin Group is seeking a hands-on Project Lead to join our PMO. This role blends project management, business analysis and operational delivery to drive high-impact initiatives across the Group. A key focus is our ERP implementation, ensuring work is structured, tracked, documented and delivered on time, on budget and in line with PMO governance. Key responsibilities Lead and support a small portfolio of cross-functional projects, including the ERP implementation. Plan scope, schedule and budget using the PMO project framework. Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping. Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement. Maintain version-controlled project documentation (actions, risks, decisions, stakeholder maps, change requests, FAQs). Administer SharePoint structures, naming conventions, templates and the ERP Project Hub (weekly updates). Prepare and deliver clear presentations and updates to internal stakeholders. Provide research/analytical support and catalogue existing policies, procedures and systems documentation. Champion collaboration, communication and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment and WHS standards. What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in a business-related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Project Management). 3 years’ experience managing multiple projects with delivery accountability (small to medium-scale). Strong administration discipline supporting complex/technology projects. Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping and clear documentation. Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and exposure to project tools. High-level communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence at all levels. Nice to have ERP experience (NetSuite desirable). Experience leading business improvement initiatives.
