Within this role, you will learn the key skills needed to master the art of B2B sales and unlock your career potential. What You’ll Be Doing Business Development activities such as identifying prospective clients and following up warm leads provided by other business functions.Taking customers through the sales process, from understanding their needs to making product recommendations, accessing marketing materials and specifications through to following up on proposals and closing deals.Maintaining regular contact with your customers after each sale to build a long-term, repeat relationship, including collaborating with the Parts and Service teams to ensure a great post-purchase experienceResolving or escalating queries from customers in a timely, efficient manner.
