Responsibilities may include: Lead the Year 3 to 6 Phase of Learning Team. Lead and support staff in implementing high-impact teaching strategies aligned with the WA Australian Curriculum. Provide guidance and support in reviewing key English and mathematics pedagogies and strategies. Drive whole-school operations that enhance curriculum delivery and student achievement. Champion professional growth through coaching, performance development, and capacity building. Use data tools and analysis (Brightpath, NAPLAN, DIBELS, PAT) to inform planning and assessment. Promote trauma-informed practices, including the Berry Street Educational Model. Support the Positive Behaviour Support Framework and promote the values and behaviour expectations across the school. Support students with complex needs and collaboration with external agencies. Teaching responsibilities where required. Desirable Skills and Experiences: Expertise in Explicit Teaching and current educational research. Experience in timetabling, ICT integration, and whole-school assessment planning.
