The role: We are currently actively recruiting for an experience office/facilities coordinator to support a global financial services organisation on a short term leave cover from the second week of September to mid October. The Role As a successful Office coordinator, the duties will include but not be limited to: Front Counter Customer Service Using in house systems such as ServiceNow & Gallagher Receiving incoming couriers Processing outgoing couriers Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail Maintain appropriate registers & checklists Scanning of documents Issuing & returning security cards Utility room management Location: Canberra Assignment start date: 8th September Hours: Varying times between Monday to Friday, 8AM - 2:30PM and 8:00am to 4:30pm (onsite only) Salary: $33-$35/HOUR superannuation You As a successful Office Coordinator, you will offer: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in a similar role Ability to collaborate and liaise with internal departments Proactive and efficient in completing tasks How to Apply We are actively recruiting for this role and encourage you to click "Apply Now" for immediate consideration.
