The Position Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end management of the tendering and estimating process for assigned Develop detailed cost estimates, identification of risks and opportunities, and preparation of high-quality tender submission documents Ensure full compliance with the Conditions of Tendering, project specifications, and client requirements Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, engineering, and commercial teams to develop competitive and accurate proposals. Maintain and update to ensure all tender-related interactions, pipeline opportunities, and client communications are accurately recorded and monitored to support business development and strategic planning. Assist in the preparation of non-priced criteria response documentation, zero harm plans, safe work method statements and control plan Daily reporting on estimate progress and commitment to highlight potential problems in a timely manner The Candidate The person that our client is looking for: Proven experience as a Civil Estimator A strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, materials, and costs. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
