We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join a leading company specialising in road construction and maintenance. This is a Monday-Friday role working alongside a small, skilled team to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop. The Role Lead and manage a small team of technicians, ensuring all workshop activities run efficiently Oversee maintenance and repair of heavy machinery while complying with safety standards Manage workshop scheduling, resources, stock control, and liaise with contractors/clients About You Proven experience supervising heavy machinery workshops (excavators, loaders, skid steers, profiling machines) Hands-on with repairs and maintenance; Cert 3 as a fitter or similar trade qualification highly desirable Strong leadership and organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and support your team Why Apply?
