We are working with a leading civil and infrastructure contractor delivering major works across New South Wales. With a strong pipeline of Transport for NSW (TfNSW) projects, they pride themselves on their commitment to safety, quality, and delivery excellence. As they expand, they're seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead their night shift operations across key TfNSW projects. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, the Night Shift Supervisor will oversee all on-site operations during evening works, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of TfNSW project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Supervise night shift civil and infrastructure works in accordance with TfNSW standards Manage and coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour Ensure site safety and environmental compliance at all times Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and handovers to day teams Work closely with engineers and project staff to meet program milestones Troubleshoot issues and maintain productivity under tight timeframes Requirements: Proven experience supervising civil construction projects, ideally within TfNSW, pavements, Utility projects - minimum 3 years experience.
