Our client, a well-established commercial HVAC contractor, is seeking a motivated estimator to join their growing team in Western Sydney. You’ll be responsible for estimating and pricing commercial HVAC construction projects valued up to $3M. Working closely with the project and engineering teams, you will prepare accurate tenders, manage client communications, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial HVAC projects up to $3M. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct take-offs, cost breakdowns, and risk assessments. Provide technical input and collaborate with project engineers on design solutions. Contribute to winning tenders by balancing competitive pricing with quality delivery. About You Proven experience as an Estimator in the HVAC or mechanical services sector. Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and engineering principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
