Lead multiple minor works and upgrade projects with an established Fire Protection Contractor that delivers high-quality wet and dry fire systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government sectors. The Role You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple minor works projects including system upgrades, refurbishments, and compliance works. This role is perfect for a hands-on Project Manager or Senior Site Supervisor ready to step into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities Oversee minor works projects from initial scope to completion. Manage budgets, timelines, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Ensure compliance with AS 2118, AS 2419, AS 1670, NCC/BCA and project specifications. Conduct site visits, progress reporting, and client meetings. Work closely with design, service, and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager within fire protection, building services, or construction. Strong knowledge of wet and dry fire systems. Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Sound understanding of Australian Standards and NCC/BCA.
