You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, maintaining cost controls, and ensuring high standards of store presentation. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve results, build a culture of high performance, and uphold company values and policies. This role requires strong people management, commercial acumen, and the ability to foster team engagement while ensuring operational excellence.
