Based at one store while overseeing 4-5 others, you'll be the driving force behind team performance, customer experience, and store standards. You'll mentor, guide, and support your teams to deliver results. Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and teams across multiple locations Drive sales performance and customer service excellence Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are upheld Manage rostering, recruitment, and staff development Regularly visit stores to support and uplift teams Who are you? You're a people-focused leader with a strong retail background, ideally across fashion & apparel brands. You thrive in building teams, supporting managers, and bringing structure across multiple stores.
