This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a love for Mediterranean flavours to excel in a dynamic, high-quality environment. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence from our open-plan kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes from our modern Greek menu with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation. Master and manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, meze, seafood). Ensure all mise en place is prepared to the highest standard for efficient service. Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) at all times. Assist with stock receiving, rotation, and minimising waste. Contribute creative ideas for seasonal specials and menu development. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation. Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service. About You: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie/ Commis Chef in a quality à la carte restaurant A genuine passion for and experience with Greek/Mediterranean cuisine is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced service environment. A strong team player with excellent communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a pride in your work. Relevant trade qualifications and a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
