You will be working directly alongside a high profile Partner and an awarded Special Counsel with local and international experience. The team works closely with clients who appreciate their in-depth understanding of insurance and pragmatic advice. They work particularly closely with a number of professional indemnity insurers defending professional indemnity claims across a wide range of professions including: Engineers; Financial service providers; Stockbrokers; Valuers; Accountants; and Architects. The Partner is highly sought after for his expertise in management liability for directors and officers. The team are looking for an enthusiastic lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience within defendant insurance law and some exposure to professional indemnity matters. The team is also interested to consider lawyers with a background in commercial litigation who are looking to focus on professional indemnity matters.
