What you’ll be doing: The role of Partnership Specialist Customer Success, Financial Services Partnerships sits within the Commercial team at Velocity Frequent Flyer and reports to the Head of Financial Services Partnerships (with day-to-day reporting into the Customer Success Manager). The role is integral to ensuring that the Velocity program and partners achieve their business objectives and outcomes. You’ll be great in this role if you: Have 5 Years commercial experience in Credit Cards, Consumer Loyalty or consulting environment Come with excellent stakeholder engagement and inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders including partners and senior internal leaders Are a natural at presenting and pitching to all levels within a business Possess strong negotiation skills to navigate through stakeholder relationships and contracts Have the commercial acumen to critically analyse opportunities and business context Are a strategic thinker who can develop concepts that solve partner needs and drive strategic alignment Have knowledge of partner marketing strategies and execution. Demonstrated ability to develop marketing initiatives and drive through to fulfilment Have demonstrated analytical skills and MS Excel proficient; able to develop forecasts and business cases Are comfortable with planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting; confident assessing context, environment and growth opportunities Have project management experience to lead new programs of work within the partnership Knowledge of and passion for external trends and best practices related to risk in our industry Have a tertiary degree or equivalent Experience developing and executing strategies that drive deep partner engagement.
