We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National People & Capability (P&C) Manager to lead the transformation of our business, with a strong emphasis on culture, safety, learning & development and HR leadership. This role leads a national team of 10 employees across P&C Business Partners, Safety Advisors and P&C Coordinators and spans operations across VIC, NSW, QLD and WA. [IB1] Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of people, safety and culture programmes to enable organisational objectives. Drive cultural transformation, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that foster a safe, inclusive and high-performance environment. Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition and succession planning to ensure future capability. Manage HR policy development, compliance with workplace legislation and employee relations matters. Champion learning and development programs that lift capability and support leadership growth. Partner with leaders nationally to embed best practice and ensure consistent delivery across sites. Champion a strong safety culture, working with leaders to embed Zero Harm principles, proactive risk management and accountability for safe behaviours at all levels. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in HR leadership roles, ideally across national or multi-site environments. Demonstrated experience in safety, culture rebuilds, change management and employee engagement. Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations, WHS legislation and compliance frameworks. Exceptional leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable). Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organisation.
