Your responsibilities will include: Develop Engagement Programs: Lead the implementation of alumni engagement activities, incorporating both digital and face-to-face elements. Foster Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with faculty clusters, Advancement teams, and other university stakeholders to engage alumni communities effectively. Analyse and Improve: Critically evaluate the impact of engagement activities, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance outcomes. Manage Alumni Data: Ensure accurate recording and sharing of alumni information to inform university initiatives and relationships. You may be a great fit if: You are a dynamic professional with strong project management and interpersonal skills, a passion for building communities, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to achieve strategic goals. Ideally you would have experience of alumni relations (or external engagement). You may also: • Have undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience in alumni or external relations. Demonstrate skills in project and program management, with a track record of delivering within time and budget constraints. Possess an understanding of best practice in community engagement, particularly in an educational context.
