The Opportunity PGC Training is seeking applications from enthusiastic, motivated individuals with a great work attitude, to join us as a High Risk Trainer Assessor. This is primarily a Perth (Cockburn Central) based role with intrastate travel to undertake on-site training as required. Reporting to the RTO Manager, this role delivers high risk work licence training and assessing. About us PGC Training is a Registered Training Organisation, with campuses in Cockburn Central and Henderson, delivering short course, high risk and earthmoving training and assessing. We are also a Group Training Organisation registered in Western Australia that employs apprentices and trainees and places them with a host employer who they work for while undertaking their on-the-job training. About You Holds a current and valid Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or equivalent) as per the Standards for RTOs (essential) Holds a WorkSafe WA Assessor Accreditation in any or all of the following classes - LF, WP, DG, RB, RI, C2 and C6 (essential) and SB, C1, CO (desirable) Industry experience in a relevant field/s Strong commitment to safe work practices, policies, and procedures Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation Ability to work as part of a team Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive salary Work with a progressive and diverse team that thrives on performance in a relaxed and good-humoured office - be yourself!
