Our client is looking for a Change Trainer to design and deliver engaging, impactful training programs that drive organisational success. What you'll do: Develop and deliver training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, FAQs, and video tutorials. Host instructor-led and virtual sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes. Provide ongoing support through Q&A sessions and follow-ups. Track learner progress and optimise future training initiatives. What we're looking for: Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles. Proven experience creating diverse training content for varied audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt training approaches to different learner groups. Proficiency with training tools and platforms.
