As they continue to scale globally, they’re bringing their paid media function in-house and we’re on the hunt for a Paid Media Specialist who’s ready to step into a brand-side role and take full ownership of campaign performance. About the Role Reporting to a performance-driven Head of Marketing and working closely with a small but expert team across creative, eComm and content, you’ll lead the paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google and TikTok (soon!). This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who’s either come from an agency background or has been running campaigns in-house for a growth-focused brand. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Drive top-line revenue growth and strong ROAS performance Test and scale new creatives and audiences using performance data Work cross-functionally with the content and eComm teams to build high-converting journeys Keep ahead of platform updates and emerging paid channels (TikTok is next!) Manage budgets and campaign calendars in line with key product launches and promos What We’re Looking For 2–4 years in paid media, ideally across Meta and Google Strong campaign management and performance optimisation skills Comfortable owning end-to-end execution – from audience builds to ad copy and tracking Bonus points for eComm and Shopify experience A curious, test-and-learn mindset and a genuine passion for health & wellness Why You’ll Love It This is a rare opportunity to work in-house with a passionate, high-performing brand that truly backs their people.
