We are seeking an energetic and hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead and coach a high-performing internal team based in Perth’s southern suburbs. Supplying parts to the mining industry, this well-established and privately owned business is committed to delivering responsive service, technical accuracy, and long-term customer relationships. This is a key leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape team culture, implement best-practice processes, and raise service standards across the board. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play an integral role in improving the overall customer experience and ensuring all quotes and enquiries are effectively followed through.
