They will be a major contributor to building Brisbane’s Olympic infrastructure The Senior project Manager will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of projects with respect to programme, commercial viability, safety and design whist maintaining complex stakeholder relationships while achieving financial targets and capitalising on opportunities to mitigate risk. The successful Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record undertaking the following : Contractual and financial risk management and forecasting of both project cost and revenue Overseeing and managing the projects time, cost, design and quality requirements and implement adjustments as required Review project progress against plans/documentation, contractual obligations, and programme milestones and take the appropriate action as required Oversee selection of subcontractors and ensuring the highest quality are engaged Provide leadership to project team ensuring the project’s goals and objectives are being met, as well as mentoring and coaching junior staff Suitable Senior Project Manager candidates will have a solid background managing major commercial projects $200M-$500M and possess advanced financial and commercial management skills as well as leadership qualities to bring together a large multi-disciplined team together This is a golden opportunity to join one of the best.
