Here’s what we’re searching for as an individual: Previous experience in a management position; preferably a club/day lounge;An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goalsA willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.Knowledge on beverage menu developmentHave a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being metAvailability for Monday- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the businessFriendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; andYou’re someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
