Contact autogeneral.com.au Description The role The Learning Projects Consultant is responsible for delivering learning associated with major business projects, compliance requirements, Partners and Authorised Representatives (AR's) of A&G. For example, this role may design and deliver training for new system rollouts, new regulatory standards, or for changes to products. This role primarily works within cross-functional business project teams. This role combines learning design and delivery skill sets with project management and stakeholder consultation skills. Positions Accountabilities Design, develop and deliver training for key business projects, Partner businesses and Authorised Representatives Manage a portfolio of projects, with consideration to dependencies, learner outcomes, and your own capacity Consultant with stakeholders to understand the root causes and success measures of projects Drive continuous improvement in learning design and delivery across A&G Work collaboratively within the Learning Improvement Team and across broader project teams This role may be required to travel occasionally for work-related activities, including meetings, training or project delivery. What experience you’ll bring Cert IV in Training & Assessment or similar Experience with working in project structures and environments Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills Understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory environment.
