They are now seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their high-performing Finance team and take ownership of end-to-end payroll for their Australian workforce. In this role, you’ll work closely with a supportive finance leadership team and report directly to an approachable CFO who values collaboration, cross-training, and professional development. This is an office-based role in Sydney CBD, with standard hours (8.30am–5pm) and no expectation of overtime, ensuring a stable environment and genuine work–life balance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll (400) across Australia, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Maintain and update employee and adviser records, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and commission structures. Calculate and process terminations, leave accruals, salaries, and superannuation payments. Prepare and lodge payroll reporting, including STP updates, year-end processing, and payroll compliance documentation. Respond to payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner, providing ad hoc reporting as required. About You Previous experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally across a medium-to-large workforce. Strong working knowledge of superannuation, leave entitlements, payroll tax, and STP. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with employees and stakeholders. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. What’s on Offer Competitive salary package ($90-100,000 super, depending on experience).
