This role is a permanent, full-time position, based primarily in our corporate head office located in the Sydney CBD. You will also have the option to work from home 2 days a week, and we will provide you with the tech you need to be productive in both environments. We know that balance in life is super important.What you’ll be doingReporting to the General Manager, People Operations, you will partner with our people leaders across all aspects of the employee life cycle including:• Recruitment;• On-boarding;• Coaching and development;• Performance management and employee relation issues;• Workplace Health and Safey; and• Offboarding. You will also work on exciting people projects, and team up with our employee engagement team to develop and drive programs and initiatives that attract, develop, motivate, and engage employees. These projects and initiatives include: • Redesigning roles to fuel our future state operating model• Conceptualising and implementing initiatives to motivate and engage our people• Building our culture by facilitating team charters• Further developing our monthly employee and manager performance check-in sessions “Honest Conversations”• Helping to build out and facilitate our leadership development program• Designing innovative talent sourcing and recruitment strategies• Other people initiatives arising from our quarterly pulse survey As a HR Business Partner you will facilitate company-wide programs and events such as monthly Townhall meetings, HR welcome calls, company induction sessions and leadership development workshops. You must therefore be comfortable with live facilitation and presentations. Our team is not all about policies and processes, and we’re not the “HR police”. We strive to build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships and support managers and teams to realise their potential.
