You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering on executive search projects in your practice and for your team. About You The ideal candidate for this career-defining position will possess the following capabilities and experiences: A demonstrated track record of success, ideally within a professional services or executive search environment; Client acquisition, managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional work; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to tailor solutions to solve client challenges; Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; and Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
