You’ll help adapt illustrations into a style suitable for print, with the possibility of joining us longer-term as we expand our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both digital and physical mediums, brings strong creative energy, and thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment. Start Date: ASAP. We’re looking for someone who can jump in and get started right away. Key Responsibilities: Adapt existing illustrations into a format suitable for a coloring book. Transform creative visions into finished works and consumer-ready products. Prepare artwork for adaptation into consumer goods, print media, and publications. Generate creative ideas for artwork and apply appropriate art styles, mediums, and techniques based on personal inspirations and project needs. Create original artwork using a variety of mediums using both traditional and digital tools. Manage project timelines and meet deadlines. Support ad-hoc creative work, including adaptations or new artwork based on evolving project briefs. Skills & Qualities We Value: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field. 3 years of experience in creative work across both physical and digital mediums (agency experience is a plus). Proven experience and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles Creative and imaginative with ability to develop unique, engaging concepts. Proficiency in digital art software like Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools. Versatile and skilled across multiple art forms and techniques (e.g., 2D and 3D work in painting, drawing, sculpting, photography, videography, digital art). Knowledge of art history and up to date on current art trends. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Strong ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with team members. Good time management skill and flexibility to adapt to various requirements and styles. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a small team, we value initiative, resourcefulness, and a passion for creating work that stands out. Good to Have Bonus Skills: Experience designing product packaging, book covers, and print-ready assets. Familiarity with business and marketing tools for product and content creation. Social media content management experience. Skills in videography and video editing. Experience with UGC (User Generated Content).
