This role focuses on driving business in the MICE segment, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the hotel’s overall sales strategy. Duties & Responsibilities Your duties will include: Achieve allocated MICE segment targets Drive MICE sales to meet group accommodation and catering targets Build and manage strong relationships with key MICE clients and partners Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and attend industry events Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Support the development and execution of MICE strategies and promotions Maintain accurate reporting and client data through sales systems like Delphi Skills & Experience A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or global sales environment or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience A team player who focuses on organizational success and always has an entrepreneurial approach to business development A good communicator working with best practices and innovative ideas Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to win business and sustain continuous growth Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to communicate effectively Able to work independently as well as in a team environment Able to link the value of colleagues, external guests and business results What we offer In return for your specialised service to our clients and dedication to our brands, you will receive: Opportunities for professional development and career growth within an international luxury hotel group.
