The Role We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and drive performance across our concrete operations. Reporting to the General Manager (NSW), you will oversee production teams across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial success. Responsibilities Lead and develop production teams across concrete operations Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure WHS compliance Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to optimise performance Build and maintain strong customer relationships Manage cost controls, quality, and operational KPIs Develop and implement strategic plans, including a 5-year capital plan Lead recruitment, training, and workforce planning initiatives What you will need to succeed: Proven leadership in heavy industry or concrete/aggregates operations Strong knowledge of WHS, environmental, and quality standards Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field A commitment to building a high-performing, inclusive team culture Why Join Us?
