We manage everything from residential moves to complex commercial relocations. We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts related to our services, supporting our operational team by managing documentation, reviewing terms, and negotiating variations to protect the business and uphold client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to interpret, maintain, and prepare contractual agreements. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure all contractual obligations are met efficiently and accurately. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Drafts, reviews, and updates service agreements and contract documents for residential, commercial, and long-distance moves. Assesses and negotiates amendments to existing contracts to reflect changes in project scope, pricing, or timelines. Manages and organises all administrative documentation related to client contracts, supplier agreements, and operational procedures. Investigates and responds to client or contractor queries regarding service terms, contract issues, or project execution concerns. Collaborates with operations managers, logistics coordinators, and external partners to ensure contractual requirements are understood and fulfilled. Provides detailed reports and advice to management on contract performance, risks, and compliance matters requiring strategic decisions. Monitors ongoing work to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and notifies relevant teams of any deviations. Prepares formal submissions, internal reports, and documentation supporting tender processes or contract reviews. Collects and evaluates data from completed projects to identify trends, performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement. Assists with assessing and coordinating changes to office space, resources, or facilities in line with operational needs and contract demands. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualifications in business, management or related field. A minimum of one years' experience in contract administration or a similar role. Strong contract management and documentation skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities Analytical thinking and reporting proficiency. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between: $76,515 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
