Job Role: Team Lead - Technical Records Job Description ∙ Scanning and Digital Migration: Oversee the scanning and sorting of aircraft technical records, ensuring all documents are digitized accurately and efficiently. ∙ Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on scanned documents to guarantee data integrity and accuracy. ∙ Project Management: Ensure the team meets project deadlines, maintaining timelines and efficiency in document processing. ∙ Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members, addressing queries and resolving issues to foster a collaborative work environment. ∙ Performance Monitoring: Track and report the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team to management, ensuring alignment with project goals. ∙ Customer Interaction: Act as an ambassador for flydocs, effectively handling customer queries and feedback and manage customer quality audit. ∙ Scanner Maintenance: Responsible for timely maintenance and cleaning of scanning equipment, ensuring optimal image quality. ∙ Documentation and Archiving: Prepare boxes for archiving in compliance with procedures and guidelines and assist in creating process maps and guidelines. ∙ Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with visual management standards. Requirements ∙ Minimum of two years records management administration experience. ∙ Minimum of two years’ experience of team management. ∙ Proficient at Microsoft suite [ Excel and Word] /Adobe Acrobat Professional software proficiency. ∙ Good verbal and written communication skills. ∙ Ability to lift and move archive boxes with reasonable frequency. ∙ Full time working rights in Australia.
