About the Role: Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Nutrition and Technical Services will be part of the Leadership Team and is responsible for designing and optimising livestock feed rations that balance animal performance with economic efficiency, supporting both client outcomes and business profitability. This role requires expertise in animal nutrition, ingredient markets, and feed manufacturing processes to develop cost-effective, high-quality formulations. Main Responsibilities: Optimise Feed Formulations Establish Monthly Formulation and Implementation Processes Collaborate with Manufacturing Teams Ensure Quality Standards Monitor Ingredient Utilisation Data Driven Decision Making Continuous Improvement Requirements: Proven experience (5 years min.) in technical management and feed formulation or related roles within the stockfeed or livestock industry. Strong ability to analyse nutritional data, market trends, and ingredient costs. Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex nutritional concepts effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
