We're looking for a dedicated Depot Office Manager to join our Operations team at Transit Systems QLD. You will play a critical role in providing office administration support and ensuring the effectiveness of our Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality (HSEQ), and Asset Management Systems (AMS). Duties Maintain staff records in both hard copy and electronic formats. Manage onboarding and inductions for new employees. Coordinate the depot consultation committee meetings. Support injured team members in rehabilitation and return to work. Coordinate office procurement and management of supplies. About You 3-5 years' experience in a similar position. Experience in customer service-oriented environments. Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
