Responsibilities Description Lead multi-workstream, optimisation-focused customer portfolios in post-go-live environments, driving measurable value through governance and executive stakeholder alignment across complex, multi-entity NetSuite landscapes. Provide functional leadership over Financials and advanced features while coaching ACS teams to deliver consistent quality and sustained adoption. What you'll do - Own customer optimisation strategy, scope, and outcomes across a portfolio of customers. - Develop optimisation roadmaps for complex, multi-entity, multi-country environments; sequence and prioritise initiatives balancing quick wins and strategic improvements. - Provide functional oversight across core Financials (GL, AP, AR) and guide design decisions and adoption plans. - Partner with Technical Consultants and Solution Architects to shape integration and performance approaches aligned to business outcomes. - Lead discovery, process analysis, and fit-gap workshops; translate requirements into acceptance criteria and value-focused delivery backlogs. - Engage credibly with Controllers/CFOs and C-level stakeholders; influence prioritisation to protect scope and maximise value realisation. - Coach and mentor Functional and Technical Consultants; uplift delivery standards and enable knowledge transfer with customer teams. - Manage escalations constructively, ensuring alignment to objectives and maintaining high CSAT/NPS across concurrent customers. Core competencies - Executive stakeholder management and concise, outcome-oriented communication and presentations. - Sequencing and prioritisation across multiple workstreams; structured planning and dependency management. - Cross-functional team collaboration; high standards of delivery quality and adoption. - Technical collaboration: integration awareness, performance considerations, and partnering with architects. Responsibilities snapshot - Establish and run governance: steering forums, risk/issue registers, dependency tracking, and KPI dashboards. - Shape and execute optimisation roadmaps, ensuring measurable outcomes tied to financial and operational metrics. - Direct functional design, configuration oversight, testing strategy, and user adoption. - Coach ACS consultants; coordinate small consulting teams to deliver on-time, on-scope, value-focused outcomes. - Maintain executive alignment; manage escalations and commercial considerations constructively. Experience and qualifications - 10 years NetSuite consulting across implementation and optimisation, including complex, multi-entity, multi-subsidiary, and multi-country environments. - Proven leadership of multi-workstream post-go-live programs with measurable value realisation and strong CSAT/NPS. - Demonstrated coaching and mentoring of consultants and customer teams; consistent delivery excellence. - Desired skills - Advanced modules (e.g. CPQ, WMS, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-Book, Intercompany, Consolidations); - Strong accounting knowledge; ability to engage credibly with Controllers/CFOs; professional qualification or progress is a plus. - 5 years additional consulting experience with other ERP solutions is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Location and travel - Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia, with travel up to 15% across the region.
