This role will be well suited to an organised and proactive administrative assistant who is capable of prioritising and taking responsibility for day to day tasks supporting their team. Exposure to working in a litigation practice would be advantageous but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Streamlined File Management: Ensuring efficient organization and easy access to critical documents and records. Matter Initiation Expertise: Handling the seamless opening of new cases or projects with precision and confidentiality. Calendar & Appointment Coordination: Masterfully managing schedules to keep teams and meetings running smoothly. Billing & Reporting Precision: Tracking time accurately, processing billing, and generating insightful reports. Event & Business Development Support: Contributing to the success of internal events and client development initiatives. Travel & Accommodation Arrangements: Organizing travel logistics for seamless business trips and getaways.
