Maintenance Coordinator This is a full-time, ongoing position under SCHADS Level 5 with a salary of approximately $100k per annum (plus super and leave loading). About the role As a Maintenance Coordinator you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth operations of our planned and reactive maintenance activities across our portfolio of properties. Working from our central hub (desk-based), you’ll be responsible for: Prioritising and allocating work based on urgency, cost-efficiency, and operational needs. Problem-solving in real time – finding smart solutions to maintenance issues as they arise. Coordinating with our on-site Building Managers to ensure seamless delivery and minimal disruption. Monitoring progress, ensuring SLAs are met and keeping accurate records throughout. Liaising with internal and external contractors, keeping quality high and costs under control. The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, scheduling, or similar. Strong organisational and time management skills.
