THE ROLE As Head of Technology , you'll take end-to-end ownership of the organisation's technology strategy and execution. This includes keeping critical platforms running smoothly, driving efficiency and automation projects, managing risk mitigation, and leading a capable technology team across infrastructure, ERP, and web development. You'll also play a key role in consolidating technical capabilities and strengthening the IT operating model. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and core business systems Manage ERP and web development teams, ensuring delivery of projects and support Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives Take ownership of the organisation's omnichannel platforms Partner with the Executive Leadership Team (CEO, CFO, CMO, and business heads) to enable business outcomes Manage third-party vendors and oversee IT budgets Mitigate risks identified in recent assessments and strengthen compliance (PCI DSS, security, governance) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Strong technical background - ideally "tech-first" professionals who've grown into leadership Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Dynamics AX 2012 highly regarded) Exposure to omnichannel and e-commerce platforms Knowledge of compliance areas including PCI DSS and data security Familiarity with marketing technologies (Google, Facebook, Feedonomics) an advantage Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex technical issues into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse technology teams BENEFITS Collaborative, supportive culture - respected ELT and leadership team Chance to shape the technology function of a growing, customer-focused business Autonomy and visibility across the group Convenient location with free parking available SALARY Circa $180K - $200K (depending on experience) Super, (pro rata for first 6 months) TO BE CONSIDERED To express interest, please apply via SEEK with your CV.
