In this role you will: Identify, design, and deliver new strategic initiatives to support the partner grow in line with business/partnership plans Support TAL and the partner with legislative change and advocating to the industry Work with the partner to implement new propositions, member engagement on insurance and digital solutions Deliver excellent service through oversight of insightful reporting, and act as escalation point for service escalations Identify, manage, and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery to partner expectations Identify, assess and deliver strategic initiatives to grow the partnership in line with agreed business plans Lead discussions on product design change
