The Opportunity : As a Collections Officer, your role directly contributes to the success of the company by optimising cash flow and minimizing bad debt. Each customer will vary! You will engage with numerous customers on a daily basis, thoroughly understanding each customer’s unique situation and finding positive solutions for everyone. This is a credit collections role with a combination of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. Please note these are highly complex calls and not a high volume role.
