This role involves managing a retail asset in North Brisbane, providing leadership as a senior member of the business. This position focuses solely on Retail Centre Management, working with a Facility Manager and an Asset Manager. The Role We are seeking a Retail Centre Manager for a shopping centre in North Brisbane. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, managing all tenancy-related matters. Serve as the primary liaison for owners on day-to-day operational activities. Oversee rental arrears monitoring, lease renewals, and compliance tracking. Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and contractor works across the centre along with the FM. Ensure risk, safety, and compliance standards are implemented and maintained. Deliver a monthly operational report to the Asset Manager. Coordinate marketing and community engagement activities, including social media and tenant promotions. Conduct regular inspections of the property, tenants, and cleaning contractors to ensure standards are met. Administer the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre efficiently. Assist with the execution of leasing, management, and marketing strategies for the centre. To be successful in this position, you will have: Minimum 2 years retail centre management experience within the industry. Experience in retail property management, including finance and budgeting, operations, marketing, and leasing. Strong knowledge and understanding of all property management disciplines.
