The Sr. Integrated Sales Marketing Manager will have direct access to our senior business leaders to develop strategies and implement integrated marketing campaigns for the dedicated Sales organizations regions. In this position, you will work closely with Sales and the GES Event Marketing Team to create awareness and demand generation programs that achieve pipeline and revenue goals. In addition to considering Sales objective and account targets, you will use market research and persona modeling to develop Regional account based marketing plans that deliver upon WWT's value prop, often customizing strategies to the zip code level. Job Responsibilities - Designs, implements and owns Regional account-based marketing plans, rooted in research and insights. Includes development of timelines, budgets, SF campaign management and execution of deliverables, including obtaining the appropriate approvals and development of creative briefs - Drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, expansion and retention aligned with sales and partner priorities - Deliverables of integrated marketing campaigns may include digital/social ads, events, OOH, signage, video, collateral, website content, email nurture campaigns, PR, articles, blogs, podcasts, and other customer-facing sales enablement materials - Deeply understands each Region and their customers' pain points, as well as WWT's overall go-to-market strategy, associated solutions, markets served, service offerings and strategic partners - In partnership with the Sales Marketing Directors/VPs, advise sales leadership on the best marketing and media mix to deliver against their core value proposition and priority GTMs, to drive positive business results - Develops messaging and content deliverables that articulate World Wide Technology's capabilities, working vertically and horizontally to create better consistency and messaging across brand, solution and sales marketing - Directs agencies to develop and ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns - Leads/Assists in market research and competitive benchmarking - Works in partnership with the Event Marketing Team to develop exceptional company and customer events - Develops and manages relationships with key sales and other marketing stakeholders that are internal clients of the Sales Marketing Team. This may include Sales leadership, Services leadership, Engineering leadership, and other key executives - Manages marketing dashboard and set, track and analyze marketing efforts with regular qualitative and quantitative-driven check-ins with leadership - Enables and drive lead follow-up with sales and sales development teams - Builds strong relationship with and collaborate with OEMs for the purpose of obtaining funding for campaigns - Ability to forecast and report out on budgetary matters - Understands business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency - Tracks and helps drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items - Maintains a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients, and use the trends to make strategic recommendations Education - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Work Experience - A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in a related field Other Work Experience - 8-10 years of Marketing experience with demonstrated success in developing strategies in direct, indirect, digital, field, event and account-based marketing programs - Management experience preferred - OEM/Channel experience preferred - B2B experience at a corporation or agency preferred - Experience and/or knowledge of content and digital strategies to support the entire buyers' journey from awareness through loyalty - Project management experience with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, Marketing Platforms, and other key technologies) - Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments - Ability to analyze and interpret data- think strategically- and translate this thinking into recommendations and measurable actions - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong relationship building skills The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
