Job Description Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for driving the Sales and Conference & Events team to maximise market position of the Hotel and deliver on budget results. Supported by a close-knit team you will be expected to develop a strategic approach to ensure the acquisition of major business and partnership opportunities to achieve total hotel revenue targets. You will be responsible for directing proactive sales for our 241 room Hotel, 6 conference and events rooms, Windows on the Park and Bistro 36. Key to success is maintaining and developing relationships with the Hotels current network, you will also be passionate about finding and converting new business opportunities. You will be responsible for guiding, leading and developing your team to ensure they meet and exceed their professional goals.
