Job Description What you'll do: As a DST Specialist, you’ll deliver standout support across phone, email, and LiveChat—helping customers across all our product verticals. Provide general and technical support to B2B customers, including Dealers, Performance Managers, and Business Development Managers (BDMs). Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up. Uphold a high standard of customer service and represent the brand with professionalism and empathy Educate customers on platform features, updates, and best practices to maximize value.
