Description About the Role: Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving operational excellence? In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of Retail Service Providers (RSPs), helping them thrive on Opticomm’s wholesale network. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, acting as the operational bridge between our partners and the business to deliver seamless service and continuous improvement. With a strong focus on collaboration, performance, and compliance, you’ll ensure every interaction aligns with regulatory standards, including upholding our commitment to non-discrimination. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Retail Service Providers (RSPs) and develop trusted advisor status with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors Provide relevant reporting to RSPs, including operational metrics, performance insights, and market trends Serve as the primary contact for ongoing RSP operational issues, managing escalations, special projects, and ad hoc requests that fall outside of business-as-usual operations Take ownership of RSP billing enquiries, including rebate requests and billing dispute resolution Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience, ensuring RSPs feel supported and valued Liaise with internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues, share feedback, and drive continuous improvement Assist in the smooth and effective onboarding of new RSPs, ensuring a positive start to the partnership Actively monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to help inform business strategy Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in customer engagement and evolving telecommunications technologies About you: The ideal person for this role will have/be: Highly developed negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence outcomes and achieve mutually beneficial solutions Proven ability to deliver projects and ad hoc tasks within agreed timelines and to a high standard Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Self-motivated and capable of managing time and priorities effectively Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment A supportive team player who willingly shares knowledge and contributes to collective success Brings an innovative mindset and proactively seeks creative solutions to improve processes and outcomes Demonstrates initiative in personal and professional development, continuously building skills and capabilities Acts with integrity, showing honesty, transparency, and reliability in all interactions Maintains a professional presence and consistently reflects a positive, solutions-focused attitude Flexible and responsive to evolving business needs and changing priorities, ensuring operational goals are met Essential Experience: 3 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry 3 years’ experience in in carrier or partner engagement High-level knowledge of telecommunications technology, GPON preferable About us: Uniti Group is an exciting, dynamic and fast-growing word-class digital infrastructure company.
